“I live in Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon. Previously, I was a nature guide,” says Juliette Olhmann, who has been at the helm of the Jardins du Pont de Chêne in Chaponost since December 2024. “It was through this that I discovered the agricultural professions, market gardening in particular.
