“I live in Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon. Previously, I was a nature guide,” says Juliette Olhmann, who has been at the helm of the Jardins du Pont de Chêne in Chaponost since December 2024. “It was through this that I discovered the agricultural professions, market gardening in particular. Convinced that it’s a profession that allows you to be as close as possible to the environment, I wanted to take the approach a little further to put my values into practice.”
She then enrolled in a training course at the CFPPA in Écully to obtain a Professional Certificate in Agricultural Business Management (BPREA), specializing in organic market gardening.
